The LG Smart TV came on time and worked well, but it did not come with the famed LG Channels App that is advertised online for the LG Smart TV's. Nor was I able to download it anywhere. If I tried, it popped up a notification saying, "This app is no longer supported". So, I contacted the seller who was very accommodating, replied to my emails quickly, and gave me a refund. I give 5 stars alone for their cooperation!!!
